ATM Loan Discount

I did an atm loan with my fnb smart cheque account, a loan for R1400 & they charge a 13% interest@ the end of the month, I was mean't to pay them back R1582.00 which they took it all & got a statement stating that I'm discounted R70 which I never received & when I call their call centre they tell me I received the R70 discount already, so I wanna know that who's stupid or lying between me, atm or the call center coz if you take R1400 times by 13% how much do you get coz got R1582.00 so did the atm itself & the callcenter said I was mean't to pay R1600 & something.which isn't 13% anymore! so please educate your staff maths & don't offer people things you'll never fullfill! #so dissapointed
