All I want to do is pay my outstanding debt!

I would like to settle my Homeloan account with FNB BEFORE the end of the month. They have offered me a settlement discount and I have sent a mail in writing to accept this discount.

However, I have not received feedback as to how I can settle the loan and claim the discount despite sending 3 mails on this topic. I have also tried calling the lady in question 10 times today, but her line is constantly engaged.

Please will SOMEONE come back to me so I can get this paid off?
