Outsurance just called to tell me that I was right, it was their mistake, they captured my licence details incorrectly. I then ask them to refund me the prorata they had debited as I dont see why I should be paying for someone else's mistake, the response was "unfortunately we cant..." I mean really now, why did you even call me, If you still going to charge me for someone else's mistake. I then I asked for the new quote that was supposed to be sent to me on Thursday, they resent a long general document. Really now! Is that what you call bending backwards!? I regret ever advising my friends and family to change to OUTSURANCE.
