African Bank
My ID is being blocked without prima-facie evidenc

Dear Madam/Sir

Please note that African bank blocked my ID because there was a account that was done with my documents in November 2011, but come to my surprise late last year i applied for a loan with African bank it was approved i paid it off and January this year i applied for another one which am currently paying.

Please assist in this regards as my life is been kept on hold for something i do not know.
