Standardbank is sub-standard

After Standard Bank not bothering to get back to me for a further home-loan, I posted on Hello Peter and a guy called me to apologise for the bad service and promised to get to the bottom of the problem. Well long story short, he too never called me back. So I will be taking my Home-loan, Gold Card and Platinum card to FNB!
