Dial Direct Ripped me off

Hello, my name is Vanessa, I requested a refund from dial direct and they refuse to give my money back. Story is, a week after I took car insurance with them, I was involved in car accident, I called them and I was told that they cant help me. Funny, they deducted my account twice, worse I didn't even take the car for this validation thing. Now I requested for my refund cause they are of no use to me. They refuse to help me. I am taking them to media and I wanna expose them for who they are... Their service is beyond pathetic, no customer care, nothing. I want my money back, will go to outsurance better they can take care of their people.
