OWING MONEY AFTER TWO YEARS

I recieved a call today from an FNB representative and she told me that I owe FNB R1000 dating back from 2011/12/30. She claims that there was a double payment in my account which I was not aware of. AFTER TWO YEARS? IS IT POSSIBLE??? IT IS VERY PATHETIC NOW THEY WANT ME TO REFUND THEM!!
