Money Deducted again without my permission

I posted on Hello Peter last month stating that I have a R200 payment arrangement with Nedbank as I lost my job. But it seems that AGAIN this month they took the R666.00 from my account. I thought we had an arrangement and judging from all the other posts on here it seems I am not the only one.
