Bad service from day one

I've been a customer of FNB for 2 months now and I'm so disappointed that I decided to open an account with them. I experienced problems from the issuing of my cheque card to the deduction of my debit orders. My cheque card was not activated, my debit orders was not all transferred as advertised. My FNB personal loan was deducted twice by debit order this month, although not in arrears.
This results in my bank account being left in a mess and the branch can't help me. I'm not entitled to stop one unauthorized deduction and can only speak to someone on Monday.
I intend to close my account with FNB as soon as they sorted out this mess and will never deal with them again. They should stop their false advertising and boasting about their good service, because they don't have an idea what service is. I will also make sure that every single person I speak to knows how FNB people into moving to them.
I don't expect a response to this complaint, but I hope I can open more peoples eyes through my complaint.
