Had a problem with feedback

I had a problem with feedback regarding a third party claim, Dorothy phoned me and whithin 2 days my claim was sorted out and the full claim was paid out not even whithin 48hours i would like to say thank you for going the extra mile and I am very pleased with the service I got from her. A big thumbs up to her, if I ever get to meet her I will buy her a big bunch of flowers and a box of chocolates;-) Thank you very much
