I want my money please

I applied for a personal loan at EC finance & my application was declined due to affordability. when I check my bank statement it showed that they claimed for a R79.99 on my account . now ure company did not even have the decency to call me i had to call them. i dont have money and then u still go and take the last. please can i have my money. i dont see how ure company can just help themselves to money in my account...
