Incorrect debit & in general bad service

Good day. I would like to re-rate the service experience that I have had with Miway in the last week. What started off as a simple update on my policy due to a new vehicle, has turned into a nightmare of note. I had an argument with the call center lady about the price of my new vehicle quote. She did come back to me and apologise about the mixup. Then she discovered that my OLD vehicle was not yet REMOVED from my account (ie: I was paying for the old car & the new car). NOW i've just received text notification that the INCORRECT amount has been deducted off my account (An additional R350 ish) I have never received such poor service from any of my insurance companies in the past. Please can you ensure that the amount gets credited back to me ASAP!

Not only this. When I moved across to Miway, it was asked if i had a tracker. No one notified me that I could receive the discounted rate. I've been pay R199 for 2 vehicles for almost a YEAR when had Miway told me they also offer the discounted rates, I could have been paying R85 a vehicle.
