No response fro existing customers

I am an existing customer and have emailed the insurance company several times these last two weeks (ALL emails have been received and notifications prove this) and I have had zero response. I have explained that the telephone contact does not work from abroad but still nobody has emailed me or called me back. If you enquire as a new customer, you are treated like gold but don't expect anything more after that!
