FNB How can we make your life more difficult?

1. 2 x cc withdrawals within 24hrs after I stopped the CC account!
2. 6 - 8 weeks wait to reverse the transactions
3. No access to cc account
4. Who will pay the interest while they wheel spin on reversing the transactions?
5. My home address is still in JHB after I've moved to CT 7 years ago?
6. Had to change my maiden name to marriage name 3 times now!
7. FNB sent my new cards to JHB with the wrong name!!
8. AND I had to leave work to go into a branch to sign 18 sets of paperwork to rectify the situation.
9. No guarantee that my efforts will prove fruitful.
