Taking double money becasue they can!

What a shock to open my latest bank statement and I see that Nedbank have taken 2 instalments for my personal loan! Without informing me first! I now get told that it will take 10 days for a refund? Where do they get the power to take as much money as they please from people? surely we sign agreements to stop this?

I have been told by their useless call centre that because arrangements were not made they took extra money, however when i tried to make arrangments I went unhelped? I have tried since january to make arrangememnts with Nedbank but they are so unwilling to let people have a break. Even when they are on UNPAID MATERNITY LEAVE.

as I expressed repeatedly through out my attempts to make arrangements.
