This morning i checked the internet for flemix and associates contact number or email and i couldnt find it which i found as weird.please update your website.
i decided to get the number from 1023 and got it (thank)
my fist call was made after 11 to request a statement so that i can reconcile the payments that was made thus far. I spoke to a gentlemen i couldnt make out his name as the line was bad.
He promised to send it till now i havnt recieved anything.subsiquently i have made contact with there so called legal sec which is a unstractured call center and spoke to another to gentlemens and also said that they will be sending it.
i have wasted almost R60.00 airtime calling you and having to hold for a rediculous 9-10 minutes before someone answers.
i have also emailed flemix and reciebed a response stating it will be dealt with with in 3 days.
so how confusing is it for me who just wants a statement
