Someone used my ID Number to make a loan

There is a guy that i met him at johaneesburg he said to me i must give him my curriculum vitae so that he must look for me a job, this guy he is a clever he was taking my id number there, then after one week he request a bank account so that he must put me money for training, this guy was lying he took wonga loan on behalf of my ID, so the guy was arrested and hes out on bail i dont understand because iv never go to court and now hes out im paying the credit that i didnt do and im scared for now because im not safe at all.
