Wonga
Did not debit my account and no response

I received a loan from Wonga which I set to be paid back a few days later.

The money was never debited from my account. I have called the call centre a number of times leaving my number to be phoned back but no one has. I initially emailed them asking for banking details to make payment myself but still no reply.

I just want to pay back the loan and have it over as I do not want a bad credit record for their mistake.

Not sure if I'll be using their services again.
