Mpowa takes money before due date

Mpowa Finance has taken my payment a day early, I was on my way to purchase a limited edition item when I got an SMS to say they took the money from my account leaving me stranded. Now I am sitting here with the seller who is very annoyed and I may lose the item. I had to reapply for a loan which I do not know when it will be paid out??? I have mailed them with no response asking them to payout my new application now so that I can settle this I haven't gotten a single response. losing out on this will cost me R2000.
