Early Settlement Penalty

Dear Friend
Think twice before you finance your vehicle through Wesbank. They have a clause that allows them an early settlement penalty should you decide to settle before agreed period.
Thing is, should you trade your current vehicle financed by Webank and finance a next / new vehicle, then they still enforce the penalty.
I have been subjected to this now for the third time, and have been in contact with their call care centre to have it waived no avail. Their consultants refer me to snr consultants who 'will phone me back', but they do not care to follow up and sort the issue and have not herd from anybody as yet. I have logged the issue on 10/07 12/07 AND AGAIN 19/07, to no avail. I now have the mind to refinance this vehicle with another bank and move all my FNB accounts as well. Seems this will be the only solution to getting them to listen to my reasoning and reconsider the penalty I had to pay yet again with financing my new vehicle. This will definitely be the last time I use their "services"
