Worst service

I recently claimed for my vehicle and the response and service was so poor I cant even explain. The approval for repairs was sent on the 20th June 2013 almost a month later when I went to the panel beaters to enquire about my car they told me they have not received the authorisation.
My EFA balance just disappeared with no explanation now my car is ready for collection and still have nothing on my EFA. I called discovery so many times and everytime I called they promise to call me back and it never happened.
The courtesy car im using has to be returned and I will not return it until my EFA funds are available so I can get my vehicle and discovery will be liable for any extra cost that may arise for the extra days.
