I had a problematic business card which always failed me when i wanted to withdraw money at the ATM, i reported that card and to my surprise FNB wanted to charge when they replace it of which i refused. They went ahead to order one for free however when i collected my new card, they never bothered to activate it and i then went back to have it activated but to my surprise a day after i discovered that this card was infact cancelled for no reason.

i went again to check what the problem was and i was told it was a mistake of which i do accept, she then went ahead to order another one probably over a week and half ago but i'm still watin for that card, so my question is, am i going to be charged for the full service fees even though you guys have failed to deliver that stupid card of yours??? and why is this card not delivered as promised? i use that card to buy my stock online so which means right now, i should be using my other card to do that whilst you guys are deciding whether to send it.
