Dont Answer Emails

LegalWise offer a free advice service to members by email. They have two dedicated email addresses for this service. More than a month ago I requested some advice/ information about someone who owes me money. Instead of giving me the advice/information l requested, I was told to contact my nearest branch in Benoni & make an appointment to see a consultant. The reason I wanted the information on email was to save time and money. It takes about 2 weeks to get an appointment at the Benoni branch and it will cost me approximately R100.00 in fuel to drive to Benoni because l live 35 km from Benoni. I emailed a reply to this individual complaining about the poor response and requesting an urgent reply to my original request. To date I have not received any response whatsoever. I have been a member of LegalWise for about 45 years and this is the lousy service I pay for. My original request was dated 18/06/2013 & l replied to their response on 25/06/2013. When l had not received any further response I emailed a complaint on 11/07/2013 but have had no response.
