How can we NOT help you!

PATHETIC, PATHETIC, PATHETIC... How can we NOT help you, and frustrate the out of you!!! This should be your punch line. In 4 days my application for a building loan will be two months old with the famous words which I dread to hear... "we will provide feedback as soon as we have news from home loans". I have never received such pathetic service from a bank, especially this one that claims to be the best. Unfortunately you have me by the bas as the vacant stand is financed by you and I am not able to go to another bank for and give you the finger. Also, unfortunately by me moving my bond to another bank will not make any difference in your eyes but I would rather pay interest to someone else than you! Premier banking status means nothing, nothing at all and has made absolutely no difference to my life. There you go... had to get this out of my system. The morel of the story... FNB!!!
