Simpler - better - faster?? this bank is everything BUT!!
their failure to feedback on even issues marked urgent is typical of the blas? attitude they have to their customers. i have not only experienced this attitude at branch level unfortunately. anyone who's used their telephone method of communication knows that SIMPLER is not happening... the whole call centre first idea (before being put through to my branch) again took me a good 20min this morning, while i explained my issue to 1 incompetent fool after the next, and went through AT LEAST 3 diff departments before reaching the relevant person. So yes, they 're missing the mark on the FASTER bit... as for BETTER, its anyones guess --how complicated was my request this morning? "good day Please put me thorugh to the business banker at milnerton branch"... and im told (several times along the way) they have the call recording... for quality assurance of course.
gcinile mdawe is filling his moronic predecessors shoes to the T.

lets see if he can manage to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT like i requested 2 months ago, and manage not to bill me another months service fees...
