I'm so sick of you FNB. I have send numerous complaints and you just ignore me. You have now R460 from me in total since my last complaint about your over the limit fee. You keep ignoring my issues with the fact that I haven't received any ebucks on any of my accounts since who knows when. You load my ex-wife's cell number on my in-contact details and don't even pay me a penalty for your incompetence. Innovation is not an indication of customer satisfaction. PAY BACK MY MONEY YOU AND CHANGE YOUR FEE DEDUCTION DATE TO THE END OF THE MONTH, NOT WHEN PEOPLE HAVE NO MONEY IN THEIR ACCOUNTS!!
