Ucount - no response to queries

I have logged a call ([tracker #1852296]) with Standard Bank Ucount on 19 July 2013 and to date have not had a reply.

Nobody, including the suppliers, seems to know how the reward card works and my account statement still reflects a zero balance although I have used my card multiple times over the last 2 weeks.

All I want is clarification from Standard Bank, but the fact that they don't reply is maybe a sign that maybe not even they know how it works.
