Incontact and OTP Communicaton broken

Just a week after the launch of their site, I don't receive any message from inContact or OTP. For anything that I need to do that requires an OTP, I can't. Also the normal OTP messages after receiving payment or when I do payment are not being delivered. I did not request this. I tried to phone them twice on Saturday and the call centre kept on dropping my calls. So basically another reason why the change of the website has so many errors.

I ask again, and I know I'm not the only one asking this question, how can you implement something that was not tested???
