Unfair listing

My account 85099197327 was handed over for collection and Listing without my knowledge because it was a subsidy vehicle which falls into arrears for a long time and i only realise when i was suppose to settle the vehicle during June 2011 and was listed as bad payer. The repayment as on the contract was deducted straight from my salary and i assumed that if it reflect on my payslip it means Wesbank received the payment and the allocation of funds to my account was beyond my control because it was between my employer systems and the wesbank systems.

I was never alerted of the arrrears and it is unfair to list me and the listing was illegal on my part and inconviniencing because i rely on a vehicle to conduct my daily responsibilities and cannot secure any finance for whatsoever with this listing by wesbank and can Wesbank kindly remove the listing.
