Good Day, I would like to vent by utter disappointment with Sabelo Siwelo and the poor customer service that he portrays. This individual is a disgrace to your organisation and what your company stands for. I called him and sent through a settlement letter for one of my accounts and when I called him to follow up, he said that because my application was cancelled last week, he was not able to assist me. This is after I called him this morning to inform him that I will go and get a settlement letter for my account. Had he told me in the beginning, then I would not have wasted my time to go and stand in a queue and get the settlement letter. When I called him today, his attitude was that because my application was cancelled, he cannot assist. Had I not called him he would have left me hanging. I asked to speak to his manager and he was blatent not to give me his name. He said that I should call the call centre and speak to someone else. Surely there must be someone managing this individual. My fustration is that incorrect info is given to me and no feedback from him as well as the rude attitude that he has. I trust that the necessary corrective action will be taken. Gerald
