Received discount via sms now they cannot "see"

Received an sms from African Bank on 19/06/13 from the number 2782007005316483 stating I have a 40% settlement amount on my account 5427249001. I asked the customer care consultant to calculate the amount. she sent me a letter only with the original amount. Ever since making the payment on the 26/06/13 I have spoken to Busi, Gugulethu, Chantal Booysen, Memory, Millicent, Caroline, Nontando etc and even told to "sms" the sms received to a number 0760454911. I have faxed my proof to various numbers from the 27/06/13 to current with no feedback. Everyone wants to know "do I still have the sms? " and my response has become, "I am based in Cape Town, do you want to see the sms", incompetent call centre staff and worse management. Instead of using the calls that are recorded and listen to the calls made to the number 0112074500 at 10.24 am onward, African Bank officials will hear that it was a call centre representative who calculated my settlement amount. I work in Montague Gardens and travel with two trains and a taxi and then a lift. I need the closure letter so that I can conclude old debt. - K. Jacobs
