I ordered a smartphone online from FNB on the 10th Jan 2013, I got a message that my device is with Digital Planet on the 15th Jan 2013. I then called this place to find out when they would delivery my device. I was told to give my address for delivery. I asked them if they have a branch in Cape Town and they said NO. First of all I did not understand why if they are able to deliver bank cards to your nearest branch, why they couldn't do the same with the devices. I am really disgusted with this. I then called Digital planet on Friday 18th Jan and a consultant told me they haven't got the device yet.

I really don't who's fooling who here. If I had known I was going to wait this long for this phone I wouldn't have ordered it.
