Retrenchment and associated action from Wesbank

My intense grievance with Wesbank is with regards to their administrative processes during repossession of my vehicle.

I was retrenched a year ago and struggled to find work over the months in 2013. During that time I missed 2 payments with Wesbank before they sent out a field officer.

I understand and accept the process however I will not be treated like a common defaulter by a bank that refused to acknowledge honesty and integrity.

Without any fight I handed-over my vehicle and respected the law. Am I treated with the same respect? The answer is no.

After a over 10yr long relationship with Wesbank the relevant people in administration had no intension of resolving this bad situation for the following reasons:
1) Pathetic communication
During several occasions I would leave messages for Management to call me back and till today after two months I have still not received any feedback
2) Credit Bureau listing
Why should I be reported for an unfortunate situation the same way that an irresponsible person does? I have been a law abiding citizen and done things with honesty
3) The cause for unnecessary stress
No peace of mind
