Worst nightmare

On the 19 of June I paid up my access loan, On the 28 of June they also deduct the same access loan which they said they wont. My RCP was suppose to deduct end of July, it was also deducted end of June which was not our agreement, I went to the bank on the 01/07/2013 and they couldn't assist me even the assistant mager Mr Thobane, I was told that the matter was escalated to head office, still waiting Im out of money now, cant buy food for my children, dont have money for fuel... I am very dissapointed, depressed because Im failing my family because all the money was taken by standard bank... still waiting to be called by someone from head office, it is a long 4 weeks of my life
