Bad attitude

I received a call from the above mentioned consultant.she was terribly rude and she asked for payment fora ccount which I acknowledged.when she asked if I had a cellphone I replied no.thereafter she attempted to end the call whilst I was still speaking.she went on to say that I am refusing to make payment.it is unprofessional people like that which causes us to end up with bad credit records and being listed on the credit bereau, whereas I did mention that I can make payment.
