Lack of information being communicated

I have been their client for the past two years or so to which I was constantly promised policy documents will be sent over to me but to this date I have not but they have been billing on a monthly bases and I have been unable to claim from them cause did not have their contact details until it was handed over to me by wesbank who use the company for insurance. I am very displeased by their service.
