I have sent a letter asking to cancel my membership to Momentum. I faxed it to 031 580-0566 as I was told by the call centre. I also e-mailed it to [Email Removed] but so far I have received no acknowledgement of receipt. I also asked on HelloPeter.com twice about how to leave Momentum, but no one has come back to me on this.
