When you anticipate a visit to the Absa Faerie Glen Branch prepare for a long wait - this is due to one consultant at enquiries and one trainee who cant't perform the simple task of helping me to provide my FICA documents - I'm told to stand aside while others behind me in the queue are helped - I've been with Absa for years - every visit to the branch gives me more reasons to take my money elsewhere... I expect trainees to work under supervision. Management should wake up and keep the needs of consumers in mind.
