Paid up Letter still not received after 9 months

I had an account with Accermans Re no 388602 and it was handed over to Nedbank Select online Pty. I have paid the settlement in full with Select online and requested a paid up letter from 5th November 2012. Until today 17 July 2013, after 9 months still no paid up letter. I emailed Krishnee Moodley at select online today again after several emails asking for the letter and she responded that she did requested the letter from Nedbank and did not receive it as yet.
