You charged me a months premium for a car that i don't even have, of which i cancelled days before you could deduct. Now you giving me a hard time to refund me yet you were so quick to wanting to sell me insurance. I'm really disgusted with your delay tactics, i even question if you pay your clients on time when they claim.
