I write this letter in utmost disgust and disappointment in the service and compassion shown by the bank.the company had to pay our various creditors and in my anaesthetised state and confusion gave my fellow director my password etc to organise to authorise the payment. I gave the incorrect NR due to the circumstances I was in. The bank rejected it after three tries and he then went to bank/called our correspondent banker to try and organise to get payments done. He was asked to get various documents done and signed by various officials of the hospital .lawyers and the police to certify the affidavit. It even got to the stage where your staff told him to unplug all the hospital pipes attached to me and bring me to the bank to sign the document. It astounds me in the operation 2cardiac arrests, anxiety attack and collapsed lungs and was asked to detach all the life savings pipes and machines to come and sign the documents. The legal dept took 12 day to sort out the hassle which was not as i needed to sort out in my recuperation period and we got charged R965 for incompetence.wow what compassion and expensive service which was never relayed to us through the whole debacle
