I needed policy review due to latest information on my covered vehicle. Nomfundo assisted me patiently and also went beyond by covering more clients needs without waisting my time. She was sooo patient and so polite too.
I don't remember last time I had such a cool and informative service from call centre atmosphere in this country. She was sooo rejuvinated for entire session i must mention.
