I'm really disappointed at the bad attitude& poor service i been getting at Santam. I submitted all documents to Tshego Motau & after all was checked it was handed over to Thys Maree. We contacted him on the 1 July 2013 and requested that our car be fixed during school hoildays as we dont have any other means of transport. He was very abrupt and said that if i want to rush him we should use our insurance. I did not damage my car and the person who is responsible, is paying insurance. If i send an email through, i dont get a reply until i contact the broker. This is all delaying tactics. Its past 2 weeks, i still did not get any response. How long should one wait. I guess Santam is hoping we get fed up & forget about it. This wont happen!
