I have personally been banking with FNB for some time now and have been receiving all lots of service a couple of times but this is it. I have been running around trying to get my cheque account and credit card unfrozen for couple months now and still haven't received any assistance or remedy to the matter. I have been told that the reason why my account was frozen was the proof of address and I duly provided relevant documentation as requested. Next, I receive text messages from so-called lawyers about a delay on the repayment of a device I have taken through the bank. HOW THE "" AM I SUPPOSED TO TRANSFER MONEY INTO THE DEVICE ACCOUNT IF ALL MY BANK CARDS ARE FROZEN AND I CANNOT EVEN DO ANY ELECTRONIC TRANSACTION BETWEEN ACCOUNTS WHATSOEVER??? This frustration has been dragging for some time now and I'm sick and tired of the way FNB is treating their customers. I have clearly told the consultant I want to use my account since I've returned from abroad, a wrong transaction has been sent to my account and was destined to another and still THEY NEVER HELPED.
