BAD SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES

I applied for a loan with Nedbank, after serveral calls from them regarding outstanding documents that they still needed, they stopped calling me almost instantly after receiving everything they needed!

Weeks went by and no feedback was received, so I re-applied...

A lady called me and I asked her to give me a call the following day, as I was attending a funeral... And... NO ONE CALLED AGAIN!

I am absolutely disgusted with how they hounded me for a letter, but after I sent it, they never called to follow up and I never got any answers from them!
