Keep on sending messages

I am ready to jump through the ceiling. I keep on receiving notifications that I own Laerskool Uniefees monies. Creditworx is not able to supply statement, and I know why not, because I do not own money. REF CPRP343 I experienced the same last year during July 2013, on 17 July 2013 I received a call to tell me the issue is resolved. Since December 2013 I have started to receive the messages again. I would like to get this matter sorted for once.
