Beware if you wish to cancel insurance -OUTSURANCE

I was kept on the phone for 1 hour, where a senior consultant was hounding me not to change insurance. I explained nicely to him that I have gone with cheaper insurance as I am now on pension. Everytime I asked for him to hurry as I had a meeting at the place I work - he ignored me and kept talking again. I think this is unethical! to keep a customer on the line for so long and that call centre agents are not taught to LISTEN to the custome
