Yet another mess by this so called company!!!

About 2 weeks ago I wrote a complaint against liberty an now they at it again...
My first was their customer service is terrible an that has not changed and now my debit order has increased without notice. And this is not the first time... last time they did a double debit with out my consent.
What next... I am so tired off double debits from this company and their service, now an increase in premium WITHOUT notice
