Greeting
I was a very loyal customer with standard bank until I was unemployed because my company was liquidate in April 2008. I had a cheque and a credit cards with budget account. when I tooked these cards I also asked for insurance as if I knew. in 2009 I got a job then I tooked a loan to go and pay up my debts. when I got there they told me I must call client division I did then I asked them how much do I owe they told me I asked was that all the person told me yes then I went and pay. 2010 October if I am not mistaken a man call me asked me if was at work I said I am on my way. the man arrive told me I owe them money of which I explained to him what happened. I then asked him to come with my standard bank records of which he never deed and now I am blacklisted. I need an explanation please
