Cannot provide copy of logbook

I am having an issue with mfc who cannot provide me with a copy of my logbook, I requested this on the 2 july 2013 and have on 4 seperate occasions re-requested with no one being able to help. I have spoken to managers, I have emailed and called on a daily basis but still no progress, when emailing I get no reply. I am appalled, disgusted and dissapointed in the service I have received especially when I am still waiting almost 2 weeks later with no copy of the logbook. Even when recalling the agents just put me back in the queue and I end up being on the phone for more than 40 minutes with no answer. Pathetic service, no results, absolute waste of time and I am still at point 1.
